Rose Senior Living in Carmel, IN is seeking a Hospitality Concierge for day shifts to welcome residents, guests and vendors in a warm, professional manner. You will supervise the lobby and phone line, and be the first face visitors see.

Responsibilities include logging deliveries, notifying residents, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the Business Office Manager with clerical tasks. A GED and strong Microsoft Office skills, plus excellent telephone communication, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the main community lobby and phone line.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner to meet objectives and satisfaction.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify the resident of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with clerical projects or assignments.
