Job summary

Rose Senior Living Carmel is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge for day shifts to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm, professional manner each day.

You will supervise the main lobby and phone line, resolve resident and guest issues, log and notify recipients of deliveries, and assist the Business Office Manager with clerical projects as needed. This role starts with a pay rate of $20/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and service providers in a warm, professional manner.
• Supervise the lobby and phone line and resolve issues to avoid escalation.
• Accept deliveries, log receipt, and notify the recipient.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and assist the Business Office Manager with clerical tasks.
