The position involves telephone coverage, logistics for deliveries, and collaboration with the Business Office Manager on various projects, all within a culture that emphasizes outstanding hospitality and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage and respond to inquiries.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet both organizational and individual needs.
• Accept and document delivery packages and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
