Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking a compassionate Community Relations Director (Sales Director) for Westmont of Riverside, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes establishing client relationships, understanding needs, and driving occupancy with a strong customer-service mindset.

Ideal candidates will navigate a fast-paced environment, leverage computer software tools, and complete required health screenings and clearances prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community.
• Great customer service mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer software skills are a must.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
