Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales Director) for Westmont of Riverside, a senior living community focused on independent, assisted living and memory care.

The role centers on building client relationships, driving occupancy, and delivering exceptional service to residents and families. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with computer software.

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of clients' needs, identifying and communicating effective solutions, closing and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community.
• Great customer service mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer software skills are a must.
• Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of clients' needs and desires, and closing post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community.
• Provide great customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Utilize computer software to manage sales processes and follow up with prospects.
• Complete required background checks and health screenings as part of onboarding.
