Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a dynamic Community Relations Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and to represent the community to referral sources and prospective clients. The role focuses on building relationships with residents, families, partners, and organizations to promote the senior living community and maintain a thriving, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving the lives of seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Positive team player with a passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead acquisition and census growth plans.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and enter information into CRM.
• Give community tours and market the community to referrals and families.
• Prepare routine and special sales/marketing reports and update activity boards.

Education

High School diploma

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field (preferred)
