Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator in Potomac, MD to guide new residents from inquiry to move-in. You will represent the community to referrals and families, cultivate relationships, and drive census growth with a compassionate, sales‑oriented approach.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in retirement housing or related sales, strong CRM and software skills, and a passion for serving seniors within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing.
• Proven sales success and meeting quotas.
• Strong teamwork and empathy for seniors.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends if needed.
• Proficient in Excel/Outlook/Word; experience with CRM software such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead acquisition and census growth.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-in, and mail; record in CRM.
• Give tours and provide marketing information to prospects and families.
• Prepare sales reports and activity boards; support move-in process.
