Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to manage community outreach, drive occupancy growth, and build relationships with referral sources. You will lead tours, respond to inquiries, and work with the regional sales team on marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction, oversee the sales process, and manage budgets for ads, events, and promotions while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Relational sales experience in assisted living or healthcare settings.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and implement the annual marketing plan with input from leadership and corporate teams.
• Develop and manage the lead base; respond to inquiries remotely and in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue per plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Follow up with potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
• Maintain CRM data (Yardi) accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and motivate sales team members.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction by coordinating with staff.
