Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator (Sales Coordinator) to smoothly transition new residents into the community. You will understand the property's products and services to represent the community accurately to referral sources and prospective clients, while building strong relationships with residents, families, and partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing, with a proven sales

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and marketing preferred.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends if needed.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi or similar CRM software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing plans to acquire and manage leads and increase census.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and maintain inquiry records.
• Give community tours and provide marketing information to prospective residents and families.
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports and activity boards.
• Follow up with potential residents and referral sources.
• Assist with move-in documentation and transition processes.
• Support residents and families during move-in adjustment.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and timeliness.
