Job summary

The Community Relations Coordinator will drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and guide tours to deposits while maintaining accurate CRM data.

The ideal candidate brings sales experience in retirement housing or healthcare, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for serving seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in acquiring and managing leads and increasing census.
• Qualify prospects and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and mail; enter data into CRM.
• Conduct community tours and provide marketing information to prospective residents and families.
• Prepare routine and special sales/marketing reports as needed.
• Follow up with potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
• Prepare sales reports and activity boards and assist with move-in information.
