Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ; Cogir USA in Rancho Cucamonga area is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to smoothly transition new residents into the community. You’ll leverage knowledge of services to promote the community to referrals and families, building relationships with residents and partners.

The role favors empathetic, detail-oriented professionals with 2+ years in retirement housing or related sales, and a willingness to work flexible hours to meet needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and marketing.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Positive team player with passion for serving seniors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; evenings and/or weekends if needed.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi or similar CRM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Community Relations Director in acquiring and managing leads and increasing census.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries by phone, walk-ins, and mail; document in CRM.
• Give community tours and provide marketing information to prospects and families.
• Prepare routine and special sales/marketing reports.
• Follow up with potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
• Assist with move-in information and processing.
• Support resident and family adjustments to the facility post move-in.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) accuracy and timeliness.
• Foster relationships between residents, departments, and staff for high satisfaction.
• Understand care regulations to ensure proper placement and education to prospects.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down events.
