Cogir Senior Living seeks a dynamic Community Relations/Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new residents. You will promote the community, nurture relationships with residents and families, and work with referral sources to grow census.

The ideal candidate has a passion for serving seniors, strong sales ability, and the flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required. A background in retirement living, hospitality, or real estate is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and quotas.
• Positive team player with a passion for serving seniors.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments; evenings/weekends if needed.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; Yardi or similar CRM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Community Relations Director in lead generation and census growth.
• Qualify prospects, book tours, and convert tours to deposits.
• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and mail; update CRM with inquiry data.
• Give community tours and share marketing information with prospects and families.
• Prepare routine and special sales/marketing reports.
• Follow up with prospects and referral sources.
• Assist with sales activity boards and reports.
• Prepare move-in information for new residents.
