Cogir Senior Living in the United States seeks a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to manage outreach, build relationships with referral sources, generate leads, conduct tours, and drive occupancy growth for the community.

You will collaborate with the regional sales team to implement marketing strategies, guide the sales team, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain CRM (Yardi). Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing/business or related field.
• 3–5 years relational sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Strong communication, ethics, and ability to lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and manage the annual marketing plan with input from leadership and marketing teams.
• Build and manage a lead base, responding to inquiries remotely and in real-time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue according to plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Maintain CRM data (Yardi) accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and motivate sales team members.
• Foster high resident satisfaction and relationships with staff.
