Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to lead outreach and drive occupancy growth through strategic planning and relationship building with referral sources, families, and prospective residents.

You will manage tours, coordinate with the regional sales team, and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals, while maintaining customer satisfaction and accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3–5 years of relational sales experience, preferably in assisted living/independent living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends; strong communication skills; professional ethics and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the community.
• Design and execute the community’s annual marketing plan with input from leadership.
• Develop and manage the lead base; respond to inquiries remotely and in real-time.
• Maintain occupancy levels and revenue per marketing plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Maintain CRM data (Yardi) accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team.
• Foster resident satisfaction through strong relationships with residents and staff.
