Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Relations Director in lead acquisition and census growth.
• Qualify prospects, book tours, and convert tours to deposits.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and record in CRM.
• Conduct community tours and provide marketing information to prospects and families.
• Prepare and maintain routine sales reports and activity boards.
