Job summary

The Bellingham at Orchard by Cogir is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to manage outreach and exceed occupancy goals through strategic, long-term planning. You will build relationships with referral sources, generate qualified leads, conduct community tours, and drive revenue growth while aligning with the regional sales team.

• Relational sales experience in assisted living or related healthcare settings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and execute the annual marketing plan with leadership input.
• Develop and manage the lead base and respond to inquiries in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue targets per marketing plans.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective residents.
