Job summary

Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Community Relations Director to drive sales and marketing for our senior living community. You will identify referral sources, generate qualified leads, conduct tours, and partner with regional teams to grow occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of relational sales, a passion for seniors, and strong communication and leadership. You will oversee marketing plans, budgets, and social media while ensuring exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Relational sales experience in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Able to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and facilitate the annual marketing plan with leadership input.
• Develop and manage the lead base, respond to inquiries remotely and in real time.
• Maintain occupancy level and revenue per plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Follow up with potential residents and referral sources.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) data accurately.
• Supervise and motivate sales team members.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through strong relationships.
• Understand care regulations for proper placement and education.
• Represent the community in outreach events and trade shows.
• Monitor promotional item inventory and print advertising needs.
• Manage social media accounts and marketing budget.
