Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing for a senior living community. The role emphasizes building relationships with referral sources, driving occupancy growth, and delivering exceptional resident service.

You will work with the regional sales team to implement marketing strategies, manage tours, respond to inquiries, and oversee the CRM (Yardi). Evening/weekend availability may be needed to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in marketing/business preferred.
3–5 years of relational sales experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare settings.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
Design and manage the annual marketing plan with input from leadership and teams.
Develop and manage the lead base; respond to inquiries remotely and in real time.
Maintain occupancy and revenue targets per business and marketing plans.
Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospective residents.
Maintain accurate CRM data (Yardi) and provide activity reports.
Supervise and motivate the sales team; foster resident relationships.
Manage social media accounts and promotional materials; control marketing budget.
