Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing Director) to lead outreach, generate leads, and drive occupancy growth across communities. The role involves tours, relationship building with referral sources, and collaboration with regional teams.

You will oversee annual marketing plans, manage a lead base, and report on progress while keeping CRM data accurate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• 3-5 years relational sales experience in assisted living, independent living, hospitality, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to manage time effectively, high initiative, good judgment.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends if needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Create annual marketing plan with input from leadership.
• Develop and manage lead base and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain occupancy and drive revenue per plan.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospects.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Follow up with potential residents and referral sources.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) data accurately.
• Supervise and motivate sales team members.
• Foster resident satisfaction with strong relationships across teams.
• Understand care regulations for proper placement and education.
• Participate in outreach events, meetings, and trade shows.
• Monitor promotional inventory and printing needs.
• Manage social media accounts and ad budgets.
