Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. seeks a Community Business Director (CBD) to lead the business office at the community level in Grapevine, TX.

You will manage cash receipts, billing, payroll and benefits, while supervising front desk staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will partner with the Executive Director on budgeting and month-end close processes, oversee accounts receivable, and help drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and ability to explain details under pressure.
• Solid performance-management skills with coaching and documentation.
• Proficiency with budget analysis and variance reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and oversees processes for resident data, billing accuracy and demographics.
• Supervises front desk/clerical staff including scheduling, performance reviews and hiring.
• Assists Executive Director with budgeting, expenditures and operating results review.
• Manages accounts receivable and follow-up on unpaid balances.
• Ensures proper coding of accounts payable and accrued expenses.
