Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Community Business Director (CBD) to manage the community's business office functions and serve as the primary resource for resident and employee inquiries related to cash receipts, billing, payroll, and benefits.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, budgeting experience, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure, with responsibility for month-end close, variance analysis, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years in business office functions.
• 3–5 years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting, billing and collections and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise business office functions at the community.
• Handle cash receipts, billing, vendor payments, expenses, payroll and benefits.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and employee benefits information.
• Explain and instruct employees regarding benefit options.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections and coding of payables.
