Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Community Business Director to lead the community business office in Austin, TX. The CBD will manage billing, payroll, vendor payments, and data accuracy while guiding front desk staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, experience in budgeting and collections, and the ability to train employees on benefits and payroll procedures. It also involves month-end close tasks and supporting sales efforts.

Qualificações

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2 years of experience with business office functions; 3–5 years in office management preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting, billing, collections and expense management.
• Familiarity with federal, state employment laws.
• Ability to present information clearly under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise the community business office functions.
• Handle resident and staff inquiries related to cash receipts, billing, payroll and benefits.
• Oversee payroll and benefits data and explain options to employees.
• Coordinate month-end close, accruals and general ledger analysis.
• Direct accounts receivable and collections on unpaid balances.
• Ensure correct coding of accounts payable and expense accruals.
• Maintain employee files in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Act as manager-on-duty and assist with sales tours as needed.
