Cedarhurst Senior Living in Lexington, KY is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community with responsibility for operations, regulatory compliance, and resident care. You will align staff to the company’s mission while driving financial and occupancy performance.

You will oversee department heads, ensure high customer satisfaction, and represent the community externally, building partnerships with residents, families, and local partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Senior living experience strongly desired.
• Applicable state licensure is required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including profit and loss, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Drive occupancy growth and meet financial targets.
• Lead and develop department heads across all functional areas.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all agencies and standards.
• Hire, orient, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Represent the community externally and build partnerships with residents, families, and local partners.
