Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Elkhart, IN is seeking an Admission Coordinator to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will support achievement of campus revenue and census targets by implementing sales strategies for the health center and overseeing pre-admission and admission documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting paperwork, insurance verification, data entry into CRM, coordinating move-in activities, and assisting with campus events to market the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork, and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads, entering data into the CRM accurately and timely.
• Proactively communicate admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and necessary parties.
• Assist with planning and coordinating campus events including community marketing and lead generation.
• Ensure campus apartments, model apartments, common areas and grounds are staged and aligned with Trilogy standards.
