Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Admission Coordinator to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies for the health center and overseeing preadmission and admission documentation to support census targets.

You will work closely with the Director of Sales to meet defined revenue goals, manage lead responses, and coordinate with campus leaders to deliver a seamless admission experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork, and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads, entering data into the CRM accurately and timely.
• Proactively communicate admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and all necessary parties.
• Assist with planning and coordinating campus events, including community marketing and lead generation.
• Ensure the campus and all units are staged and aligned with Trilogy Standards.
