Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Columbus, IN seeks an Admission Coordinator to support the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will drive lead-to-lease conversions, manage pre-admission and admission paperwork, and ensure accurate insurance verification data entry for a smooth resident admission process.

Work closely with the Sales Director to implement strategies, coordinate admissions activities, and help stage activities and events that promote our health campus.

Qualifications

• Experience with admissions or sales in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple admissions processes and documents.
• Strong data entry and CRM usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork and submits data for insurance verification.
• Responds promptly to referrals and enters data into the CRM accurately.
• Communicates admission activities with campus leaders and other parties.
• Assists with planning campus events including community marketing and lead generation.
