Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admission Coordinator to join the campus Sales & Growth Team in Elkhart, IN. The role partners with the Director of Sales to reach revenue and census targets, handling preadmission and admission documentation and ensuring a smooth resident intake experience.

The position emphasizes timely follow-up on referrals, CRM data accuracy, and collaboration with campus leaders to coordinate events and maintain marketable spaces aligned with Trilogy Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads promptly and enters data into the CRM system accurately.
• Proactively communicates admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and necessary parties.
• Assists with planning and coordinating campus events including community marketing and lead generation.
• Supports the Sales Director in ensuring campus readiness and marketability of apartments and spaces.
