Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admission Coordinator for the South Bend campus to work with the Director of Sales on admissions and revenue targets. You will manage pre-admission and admission documentation and collaborate with campus leaders to ensure a seamless experience for residents and families.

The role involves coordinating with the sales team to implement strategies, organizing events, and ensuring the campus is marketable and aligned with Trilogy Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork, and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads promptly, enters related data into the CRM system accurately and timely.
• Communicates admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and relevant parties.
