Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant in Vancouver, WA, to design, coordinate, and lead daily life enrichment activities for active residents, promoting physical, mental, and social well-being. You will support the Resident Lifestyle Director and engage residents through group and individual activities.

The role requires 6–12 months’ experience with seniors, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of relevant experience with seniors preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead or assist with activities, outings, and events.
• Coordinate the monthly newsletter.
• Document activity outcomes and progress.
• Ensure resident safety during outings.
• Decorate for events and holidays.
• Assist the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
