Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for active residents.

The role involves leading group and individual activities, assisting with newsletters, decorating for events, and helping arrange outings, with flexible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of relevant experience working with seniors.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Professional, friendly, and organized with excellent communication.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead social, educational, exercise, art, and outings activities.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter and decorate for events.
• Ensure resident safety during outings.
• Support the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
