Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Everett, WA, is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to design, create, initiate, and coordinate daily life enrichment activities for active residents, promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

You will support the Resident Lifestyle Director, lead group and individual activities, assist with newsletters, decorate for events, and help coordinate trips while ensuring resident safety and dignity, with flexible weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience with seniors in life enrichment activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead or assist with social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Facilitate games, art, music, outings, and special events.
• Support monthly newsletter coordination.
• Encourage participation and document outcomes.
• Review goals and progress notes.
• Assist in decorating for events and seasonal celebrations.
• Coordinate external trips, reservations, and ensure safety.
• Support the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
