Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. You will promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through engaging programs and events.

Responsibilities include leading group activities, one-on-one interactions, coordinating events, and assisting with monthly newsletters while maintaining resident safety and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading activities for seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow planned schedules.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
