Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking an energetic program coordinator to assist the Resident Experience Director in planning and providing activities that enhance residents' quality of life. You will help maintain social histories, promote participation, and support wellness initiatives in a caring community setting.

You will work with staff to ensure activities meet state requirements and are engaging for elderly residents and their families, contributing to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal communication and be able to explain activities clearly.
• Experience working in social or recreational programs in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience planning and directing activities for elderly residents.
• Ability to promote activities and gain staff participation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Experience Director in planning activities that support quality of life.
• Follow calendars of events and create an active, social environment.
• Maintain updated resident Life Profiles and social histories.
• Support health and wellness programs for residents.
