Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time activities-oriented professional to assist with planning and delivering engaging programs for our elderly residents. The role supports the Resident Experience Director and helps maintain a vibrant, compliant activity calendar shared with families and staff.

The ideal candidate has strong verbal communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to coordinate small teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to plan and direct activities for elderly residents and organize programs for residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Experience Director in planning and providing activities that support residents' quality of life and meet state requirements.
• Follow the Calendar of Events and maintain an active, social, and creative environment.
• Meet new residents and families, inform them of the activity program, and encourage participation.
• Maintain inventory of activity supplies and submit monthly needs.
• Assist with set up and breakdown of events and drive the community bus when needed.
• Represent the Community in a positive and professional manner.
