You will coordinate daily programming, assist residents with hobbies and crafts, and collaborate with care staff to ensure safe, respectful and compliant service across shifts; weekend, evenings and holidays may be required.

Aufgaben

• Care Management and Service Delivery: provide programming that meets residents' interests and well-being.
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in hobbies and crafts.
• Assist bed-bound residents by visiting, writing/reading letters, providing materials for hobbies.
• May transport residents to/from dining areas and accompany to off-site activities.
• Interact with residents to ensure quality care and positive resident/staff relations.
• Maintain open relationships with resident family members and respond to requests or concerns.
• Provide reading materials in Braille, tapes, and recordings as needed.
• Coordinate scheduled parties, movies, games/activities; develop evening activity schedule.
• Complete monthly activity logs for activities led; request supplies/equipment as needed.
• Maintain and review charts and documentation for completeness and compliance.
