Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Solutioning to act as the solution architect for instructor-led and live virtual training across enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales, Client Partners, Product Management, and Delivery to design scalable learning solutions.

With 5+ years in learning solutions and strong consultative selling skills, you will translate business needs into learning journeys, support deals, and contribute to portfolio enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• 5+ years in learning solutions, training services, enterprise education, consulting, solution architecture, or workforce development.
• Experience designing and positioning instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into measurable learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solutioning lead for live training opportunities across enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify objectives, workforce challenges, learner audiences, and success metrics.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable live training solutions, learning journeys, and implementation approaches.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales during qualification, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate value of live training within broader workforce transformation programs.
• Develop tailored recommendations balancing outcomes, feasibility, and commercial objectives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Pearson’s instructor-led training, virtual delivery, and related offerings.
• Collaborate with Product Management to identify market opportunities and portfolio enhancements.
• Support development of repeatable solution bundles and go-to-market offerings.
