Job summary

Pearson seeks a Lead Specialist, Solutioning to serve as the solution architect for instructor-led and virtual training across Pearson’s enterprise portfolio. You will work with Sales, Client Partners, Product Management, and Delivery teams to design scalable learning solutions that drive workforce transformation and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning solutions, training services, enterprise education, or workforce development.
• Experience designing and positioning instructor‑led and virtual instructor‑led training solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solutioning lead for live training opportunities across enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business objectives, workforce challenges, learner audiences, and success metrics.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable live training solutions, learning journeys, and implementation approaches.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales during opportunity qualification, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate the value of live training within larger workforce transformation and skills development programs.
