Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Solutioning to act as the subject matter expert and solution architect for instructor-led, virtual, cohort-based, and blended learning solutions. You will partner across Sales, Client Partners, Product Management, and Delivery to design scalable programs addressing workforce transformation and certification readiness.

The role combines strong consultative skills with deep product knowledge to position and operationalize live training offerings across

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in learning solutions, training services, or workforce development.
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, HR, L&D, or related field.
Experience designing and positioning instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training solutions.
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
Excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into measurable learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary solutioning lead for live training opportunities across enterprise clients.
Conduct discovery sessions to identify objectives, workforce challenges, audiences, and success metrics.
Translate customer requirements into scalable live training solutions and implementation approaches.
Partner with Sales and Delivery teams during qualification, proposals, and executive presentations.
Demonstrate value of live training within workforce transformation and skills programs.
Develop tailored recommendations balancing outcomes, feasibility, and commercial goals.
