Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live event or concert production.
• Experience with setup and operation of technical elements (audio, lighting, video, electrical, staging).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour/client production and LN venue.
• Advance technical information, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes.
• Interface with contractors, tours, clients, and venue teams for show requirements.
• Day-of-show management from load in to load out with focus on service, timing, and cost containment.
• Show accounting and vendor payments; track labor costs and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure safe, efficient events.
• Onboard and train production staff to ensure readiness.
