Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Security team member for Citizens House of Blues Boston to maintain safety during concerts and events. You will screen guests, monitor access, and assist with incidents to ensure a secure environment.

The role requires strong English skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to work nights and weekends. Bi-lingual abilities and CPR/AED certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year experience in security field.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and occasional mornings.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Experience with metal detectors and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guest and belongings checks with metal detectors.
• Identify underage or intoxicated individuals and verify IDs.
• De-escalate conflicts and assist with crowd control.
• Communicate clearly via radios and signals; stay in contact with staff.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and post-event security rounds.
