Job summary

Live Nation, Inc is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager in Boston to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and to manage the execution, servicing and detailing of events from contract to operation. You will coordinate with Production, Operations and clients to ensure seamless transitions and accurate post-event documentation.

The role requires a focused, fast-paced performer who can handle staff coordination, payments, and site inspections.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum one year in a customer service role within fast-paced environments.
Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word and basic database use.
Good written and verbal communication with strong time management skills.
Experience in restaurant or music hall operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute, service and detail assigned events once booked by Special Events.
Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team and coordinate with teams.
Manage deposits, payments and post-event paperwork with accuracy.
Coordinate setup/breakdown, production needs and client liaison during events.
Train staff and produce weekly banquet summaries; ensure staffing aligns with plans.
