Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering and exiting the venue and answer questions about policies and venue features.
• Assist guests with upgrades, merchandise, and ADA accommodations as needed.
• Direct restroom and coat-check lines to minimize wait times and resolve guest concerns with a manager on duty.
• Support other departments during peak periods and help set up/tear down signage and barriers as required.
• Maintain awareness of safety and security protocols to ensure guest, staff, and artist safety.
