Job summary

Vibee, part of Live Nation’s experiential family, seeks a Senior Production Manager in Las Vegas to guide the Production Operations team. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of Vibee programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact guest experiences within budget and regulatory constraints.

You will lead Project Managers and Coordinators, drive concept ideation, and ensure timely delivery of events from ideation to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale live event production, conventions, music festivals, or brand activations.
• Strong background in project management, event planning and production, logistics, and agency/vendor management.
• PMI/PMP Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Strategic development: align with executive leadership to plan Vibee's yearly event lineup and strategy.
• Project management: guide PMs/ coordinators, track timelines, and manage budget implications.
• Budgeting: own event budgets from planning through reporting, ensuring spend efficiency.
• Agency and partner management: select and manage agencies while maintaining budget discipline.
• Permitting and licensing: oversee documentation and compliance for events.
• Labor planning: assist with labor schedules and staffing across projects.
