Job summary

Vibee, based in Las Vegas and part of Live Nation's family, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support diverse campaign execution and event promotions. The role blends administrative rigor with creative input, including content creation and on-site event support as needed.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, manage tasks in Asana, pull Google Analytics insights, and help shape attendees' experiences through digital channels and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or project coordination, preferably for large events
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, Freshdesk, and Asana
• Experience with web design and web design tools is a plus
• Ability to manage project timelines and communicate effectively with teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
• Basic graphic design skills for social media assets and promo materials
• Willingness to travel to event sites and support on-site events

Responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns for all events
• Support administrative tasks and project management, including updating marketing tasks in Asana
• Assist in compiling insights and pulling reports from Google Analytics
• Research audience and artist demographics to shape marketing plans
• Audit and manage marketing assets across channels
• Assist in gathering quotes, tracking expenses, and supporting invoicing under marketing leadership
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns
• Support basic graphic design tasks and social media assets creation
• Coordinate on-site content creation, photos and videos for social media and promotions
• Train and onboard team members, clients, vendors, and partners as needed
• Handle other marketing-related projects and initiatives as identified
