Job summary

Invited is seeking a seasoned Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen environment. You will set up your workstation, uphold safety and quality standards, and mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members under kitchen leadership.

This senior role demands advanced culinary skills and the ability to manage demanding service periods. You will collaborate with the kitchen leadership, participate in menu planning, and ensure excellence in every plate while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, and organize workstation to Invited’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
• Supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members and assist in training.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery with proper presentation.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests.
