Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume club kitchen. You will set up and organize your workstation, supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 teammates, and uphold quality and sanitation standards under kitchen leadership.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional club dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, and organize workstation per standards.
• Prepare and store all items for your station.
• Maintain consistent cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials.
• Prepare soups, meats, vegetables, salads, and desserts.
• Oversee sanitation and cleanliness of your area and equipment.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing.
