Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Cook III for Fresh Harvest Market. The role supports the Sous Chef in maintaining quality, portion control, and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with production, labeling/storage, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. At least 3–4 years in a high-volume kitchen preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to four years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of the Sous Chef, maintain standards in preparation and presentation of food.
• Assist with quality and portion control, labeling and storage, and sanitation.
• Support other line staff and handle guest requests as needed.
