Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, in its staff cafeteria, is seeking a Production Cook I to support daily kitchen operations. You will prepare and present food, assist with tasting and sanitation, and uphold the standards set by the executive chef.

In a fast-paced back-of-house environment, you will perform multiple tasks such as cutting fruits and vegetables, boiling water for rice or pasta, ensuring menu items are available, and seasoning foods to specification while communicating

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of sanitation and quality food preparation techniques.
• Able to work across all kitchen areas and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interact with staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
