Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a kitchen professional to support the Sous Chef in preparing and presenting food to the highest standards. You will assist with quality and portion control, work across all kitchen stations, and help maintain labeling, storage temperatures, and overall sanitation in a fast-paced back-of-house environment.

A minimum of 3–4 years in a high-volume kitchen is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef with quality and portion control.
• Work across all kitchen areas as needed.
• Maintain labeling, rotation, storage temperature and sanitation in line with standards.
• Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities.
• Prepare production in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage per health regulations.
• Promote positive staff relations and teamwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
