Job summary
KeyBank seeks an experienced Equity Originator - Senior Relationship Manager for Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) in New York. You will originate, structure, and negotiate LIHTC investments, manage a regional client portfolio, and collaborate across credit, legal, and risk teams to drive community impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of LIHTC investments origination experience required.
- Experience with community development lending or CRE lending programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Originate and manage a portfolio of CDLI loans and equity investments, including LIHTC projects.
- Identify and maintain relationships with nonprofit, CDFI, housing developers, and public sector partners.
- Develop regional marketing strategies and plans for client base.
- Cross-sell bank products and negotiate/structure transactions.
- Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, CRA and risk to close deals.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure successful community impact.
